For people in sales, general affairs, accounting, HR and other business departments who are starting to use generative AI, and those who create or promote internal generative AI usage rules.
A new syllabus (5 chapters: AI fundamentals and history / Generative AI / AI agents / Generative AI risk prevention, AI ethics and governance / Generative AI practice and use cases) applies from the February 2027 exam. This course is based on the new syllabus. The old syllabus applies through the October 2026 exam.
